What Makes MENU Choices so Special?

There are a lot of sites and apps out there about food. But this one is designed just for you. To access everything MENU Choices has to offer, create an account and fill out your profile.

By creating an account and answering some quick questions about your eating habits, you can:

  • Get information that is designed to match your needs and preferences
  • Choose to be contacted by an eCoach and get even more personal feedback and advice
There are six sessions to help you along the way, focused on:
  • You: Fill out a 10-minute profile survey and tell us what’s important to you. We’ll digest this and see if we can help you make healthy food choices.
  • Food: We’ve teamed up with nutrition expert and television chef Zonya Foco to bring you the scoop on healthy eating.
  • Options: We won’t try to tell you what to do. We're here to help make your options simple.
